I was happy with the service at Imperials Chelmsford because there was no pressure sales and everybody was very friendly and chatty Jake answered all questions great around service
My experience at Imperials Chelmsford was excellent. They had a great experience of the type of car I wanted, matched me with the most suitable for my needs. They weren't pushy, they were knowledgeable and responsive pre and post sale.

I would not recommend Imperials Chelmsford because, I was told they'd be 2 keys for the vehicle, I was only given one on collection, Jim the salesman keeps giving me BS about the whereabouts of the 2nd Key. I have bought a 50k vehicle given one key and can only assume there's another key floating about somewhere in the world.. Jim also told me the vehicle would be valeted thoroughly on collection but it wasn't. I had to drive it straight to a car wash.. Smelt of dirty nappies and bad milk inside.. Jim also told me he'd have private plates reprinted for my part ex but he didn't . Jim is full of BS.... I won't be back for another car anytime soon.
The experience at Imperials Chelmsford was good because, efficient, polite, professional.
